Welcome to the APH ConnectCenter Transition Hub
For school-age youth with blindness or low vision, planning for graduation and life after college brings up a lot of questions…
- What’s going to happen after high school?
- Do I have what it takes for college? Am I ready to work?
- What will my first job look like?
- How will I get to work?
- Will my blindness prevent me from being successful at University and at work?
- What skills do I really need to live on my own, and be successful!?
- Do I have the digital proficiency to perform research and conduct field projects?
- What is student earned income anyway
