Brief Description
Region 8 ESC is one of twenty ESCs in Texas operating under the Texas Education Agency. We provide a broad range of services to school districts. Our Visual Impairment program offers technical assistance and training to school personnel working with students birth to 22 who have visual impairments as well as serving as first point of contact for parents who have questions about their child's education. We conduct low vision clinics for students in our regional area and provide training to school districts in the area of visual impairment.
