Brief Description
CAPVI is a group of parents of children with visual impairments. We are a group of volunteers dedicated to networking with other parents with visually impaired children, to share our experiences and information key to advocating for and assisting our children to obtain a fair and appropriate public education, and to become independent and functioning adults in our society.
