Brief Description
OSEP administers the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act and related programs for the education of disabled children, including grants to institutions of higher learning and fellowships to train educational personnel; grants to states for the education of disabled children; research and demonstration projects; and special programs, such as centers and services for children who are deaf-blind.
