A Day in the Life:
February 27th from 1pm – 3pm PST

Youth of Tomorrow will build on their informational interview skills by meeting Richard, Rob and Cory who are making a difference in the field of blindness education.

Richard Rueda is the creator of Careers Plus, a program at Society for the Blind that presents information and workshops on anything related to goal setting, technology and careers for adults and youth who are visually impaired.

Rob Schulenburg is the owner of Disability Solutions International, a nonprofit dedicated to creating equity for people with disabilities. Previously, Rob used to be the director of a transition program for youth who are visually impaired at Wayfinder Family services in Southern California.

Cory Walker is a recent graduate with a master’s in special education from San Francisco State. He worked with Rob at Wayfinder and is now at Disability Solutions International.
