Families are critical in the success of children with visual impairments, but often our instructional efforts are limited to the school day and don’t involve families. This session will explore the benefits and challenges of providing caregiver telepractice coaching to increase the instructional skills of caregivers and the independent living skills of children. Special attention will be focused on the practical implications of using telepractice to facilitate ECC instruction.
