This experience is doable for most, as individuals should be able to pick one’s feet up walking with snowshoes for up to two hours and have a fair amount of balance with the use of snowshoe poles on some uneven terrain. Please dress in warm clothing, including boots, gloves, hats and sunglasses. No prior snowshoeing experience required.
