Resistance Training 101

An event every week that begins at 3:30 pm on Thursday, repeating until November 20, 2021
It’s time for an upper body workout using resistance bands. Hand weights, Soup cans, or other household items can be substituted. These exercises can be done sitting or standing. Let’s all get moving with Leslie Spoone, Certified Aerobic Instructor and Personal Trainer.
