– Charles Lloyd, Music Teacher, California School for the Blind

Music Teacher at the California School for the Blind, will both present on and lead a discussion as to the available methods and resources for blind and low vision students to get involved with music. They will detail how easy it can be to make participation happen as well as cover tips and tricks to making involvement successful for both students and music teachers. Music has the capacity to be the change agent in the way our students see themselves and the way they engage with and perceive the world. Come learn and discuss how to make this happen for current and/or future students.

This session is appropriate for vision staff, music teachers, general education teachers, parents, and students.
