Join us as we talk with Amanda Kaplan, who has been a bartender at such establishments as the Elks Club and Round About Diner in Portsmouth.  She will share about which wines to pair with specific foods, mixed drinks that make the best splash at a gathering, and perhaps have an entertaining story or two from her experiences with the public. Lastly, Amanda will walk us through how to make a couple of her favorite beverages.
