Details: What are some of the fundamental techniques that blind people use every day in their kitchens? In this session, we will demonstrate from our VRCBVI Training Kitchen some of the non-visual techniques that many blind people utilize on a daily basis to safely and effectively prepare meals. How do you measure ingredients non-visually? Or pour liquids? Or use a knife? Join us, as we demonstrate and discuss some of these essential Independent Living Skills. Let’s get started!
