Fit & Fabulous Series: Gentle Bends for People with Vision Loss

Gentle Bends will focus on stretch, strength, and balance. We will do mat work, standing, and traveling exercises. Gently bending and also doing some cardio work, you’ll feel relaxed and energized. Modifications to exercises are given if/when necessary to ensure safety and success. Dress comfortable.
This class will take place once a month from now through June. Sign up today!
