COVID-19 vaccines are important tools to reduce the spread of COVID-19, especially for people with disabilities. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) recommends that anyone eligible to receive a COVID-19 vaccine should get it, as well as continue to follow safety precautions like wearing a mask, washing hands, and avoiding crowds. Come hear frequently asked questions (FAQs) about COVID-19 vaccines that people with disabilities should consider. This webinar will outline the CDC guidelines, as well as explore solutions to challenges people with disabilities may experience regarding accessing COVID-19 vaccines, like making an appointment for vaccination. Participants will receive tips, resources, and guidance regarding the available vaccines as we collectively navigate this challenging time.
