Thanks to Open Sight in Hampshire (UK), you can join me on Monday 8 March at 1030 GMT and cook a simple soda bread together.  It will take about an hour so there will be time for us to talk and share cooking tips too.

This is where people can register free for this session and  will be asked:

name & email address.

Number of tickets required.

Contact telephone / mobile number (optional.)

Postcode.

Then a couple of ‘yes’ or ‘no’ questions to ask if they would like to hear about future events from us.

Then tap register.

They will receive an automatic confirmation email with relevant information about the session.

Then to the build up of the date of the session registered participants will receive 3 separate email reminders and a link to join the session on the day.

If people do not have an Eventbrite account (free to sign up) they can contact open Sight and we can register them: www.opensight.org.uk

On the day, all you will need is:

250g self-raising flour (or the same amount of plain flour plus 2 teaspoons of bicarbonate of soda).

200g natural yoghurt.

1 level teaspoon salt.

A baking sheet lined with baking parchment – and a tiny bit of oil on the paper.

A bowl.

The oven set to Gas 6, 200C, 390F.
